Yes, our presort postage that is discounted with our permits will be a physical stamp. Our marketing envelopes will always have a stamp to ensure authenticity of your marketing letters & envelopes. We would recommend indicias for self mailer postcards or brochures, but marketing envelopes should always use a stamp!

Do you recommend personalized envelope services for a notification letter?
We would recommend the more cost effective envelope direct mail services if the purpose of the letter & envelope campaign is for notification. Generally, you do not want to spend too much for a campaign notifying individuals who are already familiar with you and your company. You can add very low cost solutions such as printing a small note on the envelope in red like “urgent notification” or “membership information enclosed” OR add a real stamp to the envelope. Both of these customizations cost very little.
Are we able to provide our own envelopes for the Addressers to utilize?
Yes, we can receive certain materials for your envelope print & mail campaign, but please reach out to our team to make sure it is something we can print on.

Do you recommend customizing and adding features to a marketing envelope or marketing letter?
We highly recommend customizing the marketing envelope over the letter because it is the first thing your recipients will see. The personal touches and features on the marketing envelope is what will help separate your campaign from the rest of the mailbox.
Do you have a minimum for your envelope customization services?
We do not have a minimum for our unique envelope services, but the campaign can get very expensive for the lower quantities under 200 as that quantity does not qualify for any discounted postage. We’d be happy to assist with any quantity, so please reach out, and we’ll get you a custom quote!
